The path toward stardom has been much more arduous for Vanessa Campagna, 18, of Chippewa Township.
More than 8 1/2 years since her resume-boosting performance on CBS’s “Star Search,” Campagna is still a regular in the local performance circuit, singing at community festivals, light-up nights and malls, including the Beaver Valley Mall, where on Dec. 11 she headlines her seventh annual “Sounds of the Season” Christmas concert.
